Studio Virc is a Palme d’Or, EFA and César winning production company based in Slovenia, first established in 1992. Success with Houston, We Have a Problem! in 2016 launched the company firmly into the international arena. One of our biggest successes is EFA (European Film Award) & Cesar awarded animation Granny’s Sexual Life (2022). Our efforts were crowned in 2025 with The man who could not remain silent (awarded Palme d’Or, EFA and César) by Nebojša Slijepčević being nominated for an Oscar.
