Filmfabriq Ltd. was founded by producing partners Gábor Osváth and Dorottya Ócsai in 2012. Ócsai, who is also a TV director, is leading the TV and local commercial division of Filmfabriq, while Osváth is in charge of short films, co-productions, film production services, and a slate of exciting feature films. The company recently released theatrically a creative documentary about Hungary’s first new circus company, titled ‘What a Circus!’ to big critical acclaim, and is in post-production on the upcoming tv-film for Academy Award winner Kristóf Deák. In 2018, Filmfabriq also produced its first feature fiction titled ‘Impromptu’, directed by Zoltán Nagy, with funding from the Hungarian Film Fund. Filmfabriq is currently developing the Christmas-set feature ‘Nagykarácsony’ be directed by Dániel Tiszeker, and recently finished the animation tv-series 'Castaways'.
