Waltz on the Shore is an animated dance-short film that focuses on the importance of a supporting environment. Grace lives on an island where the sky is always gray. She would like to dance like her two companions, Nera and Freia to push the clouds away from the sun with her happy movements, to make water flow from the clouds with her sadness. She would like to be able to feel. To feel the warmth of the sun, or the water drops rolling down her skin, but her movements are ineffective. Seeing her attempts, Nera starts to guide and direct Grace's movements, while Freia follows them closely, catching Grace if she loses her balance, nevertheless the gray clouds stay still. Nera's ineffective attempts make her angrier and angrier, until Grace collapses. Freia and Grace are left alone under the clouds. Freia watches and starts following Grace trying to dance again. The two women's dancing together disperses the clouds, the sky splits open, and the first rays of the sun appear.
