We can't make fun of disabled animals… – Or can we?
The story is about a bunch of animals with different disabilities who go together to a summer camp. At the center are two main characters, Fox, a witty girl in a wheelchair, and Roe, who has no disability herself, but who just looooves to help others. In each episode, she tries to help one of the animals, but in doing so, she always messes things up and causes a lot of trouble. Each episode is a little adventure that brings together all the animals at the summer camp. Roe has this common view of the disabled as poor, helpless creatures that we should pity and also admire for their bravery. Fox, on the other hand, represents the everyday reality where disability is simply a normal part of life. Our characters are dealing with the same issues as anybody else like friendship, love, embarrassment and fear.

Kateřina Karhánková
A director, screenwriter, animator, illustrator and visual artist. Her short films The New Species (2013) and The Fruits of Clouds (2017) were selected by the Annecy IFF for competition and have won a number of awards. Film Fruits of Clouds was also nominated for European Animation Awards 2018, BAFTA 2018 and was awarded by European Children’s Film Association as the best animated film for children on Berlinale 2019. Katerina is one of the directors of the animated TV series Hungry Bear Tales.

Marek Náprstek
Marek Náprstek is currently a student at FAMU (Film and TV School of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague), animation department. He was born in Prague in 1987, studied English and French at the faculty of Education of Charles University, lived a year in England and started learning animation. He is currently working on his graduation film Ant Hill and his diploma thesis about virtual celebrities.

Barbora Příkaská
A graduate of the Department of Cinematography at FAMU in Prague. She worked as festival programmer for the Fresh Film Fest in Prague and programme director for the Anifilm, International Festival of Animated films in Třeboň . She is the producer of award-winning short animated films Little Cousteau, Mythopolis and Blueberry Hunt. She is head of the Bionaut Animation division, where she works on the development and production of animated films and series.
