Born in Ljubljana (1990), Urška Sajko completed her dramaturgy and performing arts degree in 2015 at the Academy of Theatre, Radio, Film, and Television. She contributed to theatre projects and wrote for Oderuh and Radio Student. Her plays were featured at various festivals. She co-wrote "John Lacklife" (2013) and "Animals" (2013). In 2018, she earned a Master's in screenwriting, producing "Fuck the Pain Away." The Slovenian Film Centre funded her screenplay "Super Serious" in 2021.
