Saskia von Virag

Saskia von Virág, founder of Virage Productions GmbH, is based in Zurich, Switzerland. She has been producing animated shorts under the label Virage FIlm since 2009, such as ‘The Kiosk’ and “Analysis Paralysis” by Anete Melece among others. In 2013 she joined the selection committee at Fantoche Int. Animation Film Festival and in 2019 the board of the GSFA (the Swiss animation Association). She was a jury member of Annecy International Animation Film Festival in 2022 and at Tricky Women/Tricky Realities (TW) in 2023, for which she also curated three programs for the Swiss Focus
