He was born on 23. November 1980 and is the son of the Czech film and theatre director Petr Horáček.
He graduated from the First Private Business Academy (1999) and then continued his studies at the Private Higher Professional School with a focus on Marketing and Economics, where he received the title DiS (2001) and the University of Finance and Administration, Faculty of Social Studies, where he graduated with a B.C. (2015).
