Mathieu Labaye

Born in 1977, Mathieu Labaye is a Belgian director and animator. He studied animation at the ENSAV La Cambre in Brussels. Since 2002, he has been an animator at the animation studio Camera-etc where he supervised the realization of more than 200 projects. He is also a composer and keyboardist for the Mangrove group. His first films Orgesticulanismus (2008) and Labyrinth (2013) multiplied selections and awards through the world. The Lookout will be his third film as solo director.
