Jana Švermová

Illustrator and director of animated films.

She worked as an animator on the series Bob and Bobek. She served as the art director of the award-winning film The Chronicle of Oldřich S. at Anifilm 2011. She directed the animated music video In Ordinary Days. Since 2006, she has contributed as a senior VFX specialist to numerous feature and animated films, including The Nutcracker, City 44, Kuky Returns, and Genius. Additionally, she illustrates children’s books, such as How Klára Turned Everything Upside Down by J. Nvota, and Zajda, Majda, and Pajda in Italy, which she authored herself.
