Carlo Vogele is a director, screenwriter, and a character animator. Born in Luxembourg, he studied film and theatre arts before focusing on animation. After graduating from Gobelins School, he worked 7 years for Pixar in California, animating Toys, Cars, Monsters and Scottish Lords. In his short films, he brought socks, fishand sausages to life in stop-motion (For Sock's Sake, Furtiva Lagrima, Wurst). Back in Europe, Carlo wrote and directed his first feature film Icarus, released in 2022.
