Carl Gerber

Carl studied screenwriting at Ludwigsburg Film Academy (2007–2013), co-writing shorts like Synkope (German Short Film Award nominee), Brüderlein, and Am Sonnenberg. His debut feature 24 Weeks (2016) premiered at Berlinale and won multiple awards, including the Silver Lola. He has led film workshops on the Turkish-Syrian border and develops TV and film projects, including work on Tatort Berlin and Marie fängt Feuer.
