JPL Films

France

JPL Films is an independent film and audiovisual production company based in Rennes. Founded in July 1995 by Jean-Pierre Lemouland, and now run by Camille Raulo and Jean-François Bigot, the company immediately specialized in animated films (short films, TV specials, and series). Its activity later expanded to creative documentaries, then to wildlife series and fiction with the production of children's programs in the Breton language (Mouchig Dall, Mona et Tudu, and now Na Petra‘ta). JPL Films reached a new milestone in its development with the majority co-production of its first animated feature film, Louise en Hiver by Jean-François Laguionie, released in theaters in November 2016.
