Volcano

The cam footage of an unknown traveler records the holiday of a group of tourists in Iceland.

Eight tourists take part in a guided tour in Iceland, their entire journey documented with a camcorder. Among them three British ladies, a Taiwanese couple, two Italian men and the man behind the camera. The guide is a middle-aged Icelandic woman, whose patience is constantly tested by the rude behaviour of the tourists. The filmer soon stops documenting the scenic landscapes and beauty of the island and begins zooming in on his fellow travelers, capturing their odd dynamics. Tension in the group starts to increase after the three ladies wonder if they should leave tips to the guide or not. A stupid quarrel between the British women causes the guide to lose her patience and erupt in a sudden outburst. At that exact moment a volcano they are visiting starts trembling and a rock hits her on the head, killing her instantly. The day after, the unknown traveler turns on the camera again, capturing the three ladies posing in front of a billboard that says “Thank you for coming to Iceland"
