The Fabulous Piglini

Piglini, the piglet magician, and his tigress friend Sara use mesmerising tricks, hilarious transformations and the magic of kindness to safeguard Sparklytown from the egocentric performer, LeBrun. However, the boastful Lebrun threatens to spoil the party with his vain attempts to show off. Piglini and Sara are here to save the day, in their unique and comical way. Each episode, Piglini uses his heroic heart-vision to guide his way and, with his sharp-witted sidekick Sara, comes up with absurdly amusing and incredibly imaginative magic, that brings joy to citizens of Sparklytown and keeps LeBrun from making a fool of himself again!

Director’s statement
The Fabulous Piglini" is a project I fell in love with instantly. It encapsulates everything I believe in: creativity is a means to overcome difficulties and can change the world for the better. Piglini is the small me that still lives within, often peeking into this world, and when it does, my best work emerges. Piglini speaks the language of art—a language that doesn't require formal learning. Any child can pick up a pencil or move to the music and communicate with another child without speaking the same verbal language. Through art, he can turn enemies into friends and even change the hearts of hardened, foolish adults like LeBrun! Engaging them in his play and making them forget pride, stereotypes, and all the other nonsense that poisons our world.
