GET READY FOR YOUR PITCH
Length of pitches:
- 5 minutes for Shorts and Student projects,
- 7 minutes for Series and Features,
- Q&A – 5 min. reserved for questions from the jury and the floor.
The presentation will be done without seats, with a microphone and will be conducted in English.
After the pitch, your team will sit down for a 10min. meeting with the 3 jury members who will give you immediate feedback on your presentation and the project. In the weeks before the Forum, we will provide you with a list of confirmed guests so that you can schedule meetings in advance.
Technical specifications for your pitch:
- presentation: 16:9 ratio, 1920x1080px resolution, PowerPoint or PDF,
- videos must be included into the presentation (format: .mp4 file, h.264 codec, 1920x1080px, stereo sound, 16:9 ratio) and not as a separate file,
- custom fonts must be included in the PowerPoint presentation – see the guide over here.
It will not be possible to run the presentation from your own computer.
TECHNICAL REHEARSAL
To avoid any technical problems, we will check that your presentation is up and running. However, you will still have an opportunity to try your presentation directly in the pitching hall on November 4 at the following times:
