Polina Piddubna

Polina was born in 2000 in Kharkiv, and moved to Berlin in 2019, after studying at Kyiv I. K. Karpenko-Kary University. She is currently enrolled in her Bachelor of Animation at Filmuniversität Babelsberg Konrad Wolf. Apart from Filmmaking, her practice spreads over a wide variety of disciplines, with a strong emphasis on social work and alternative education. In her art, Polina reflects on the topics of decolonization and the dynamics in society, by combining them with magic realism.
