Philippe Barrière has a Masters in philosophy and formal logic at La Sorbonne University.
He was head of the development for Mille et une Productions and, since 2010, he works on international and French features films projects as an independent script consultant. He is notably the co-author of Rubaiyat Hossain on Made in Bangladesh (Toronto 2019). He currently works on several script development workshops, such ScriptLab at TorinoFilmLab, Full Circle Lab, Cannes Talent Unlimited, Le Groupe Ouest and Next Step - Semaine de la Critique. He is also a script editor for the BFI in London.
