Responsible for the launching of the first subscription service (SVOD) in the Czech Republic (Voyo) in 2012 and establishing and managing first the digital distribution division at Bontonfilm and second the production company Bontonfilm Studios. Leading team up to 20 employees, in charge of the P&L and budgeting of each entity, overseeing the overall content strategy, acquisition, development and content production (mainly movies, TV series). Responsible for maintaining business relationships both with all key producers, filmmakers and crucial media executives from the most important media companies as well.
