Laurent Galandon

Laurent Galandon is a French screenwriter and author of more than 50 graphic novels. He gained recognition in 2005 with his first diptych L’Envolée sauvage, illustrated by Arno Monin, which received multiple awards. In 2010, he also published Le Cahier à fleurs, illustrated by Viviane Nicaise, and later A Fake Story, which won an award at the 2021 Cognac Crime Fiction Festival (Festival Polar de Cognac) and Fauve Jeunesse in 2025 with Back to Tomioka, the comic book.
