Since 2024, Gloria has been working as a Junior Producer at EGoFILM. Her career has long been linked to youth-oriented cinema, beginning with her work at the New Horizons Association from 2022 to 2024, where she helped bring the Young Horizons Industry Forum to life and later coordinated the Young Horizons Lab scriptwriting workshops in 2023/2024. In 2024, she also joined the production team for the inaugural Timeless Film Festival in Warsaw. Her earlier experiences include working as a PR Assistant at Shipsboy in 2022, where she helped with the promotion of the premiere of Detective Bruno, as well as handling distribution at the Andrzej Wajda Film Centre in Gdańsk from 2021 to 2022. Her experience spans different roles within the film industry, with a particular focus on projects that resonate with and inspire young audiences.
