Foivos Chalkiopoulos

Foivos Chalkiopoulos, born in Athens, Greece, studied Architecture in the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki where he graduated with the animated film “Watering Hole”. After working as an architect in Berlin for 2 years he is studying at the Animation Directing MA at the Film University Babelsberg. Watering Hole has been awarded a special mention at Animasyros, nominated for the Greek Film academy awards and won the Best Student Animation prize from the Greek Film Center and ASIFA Hellas.
