Anna Zača

Anna has studied animation as a critic and theoretician for more than ten years, along with her work as the head of the Latvian Animation association and the curator of the SHORT RIGA short film programme at the Riga International Film Festival.

Her first directing experience was a collaboration with Nils Skapāns in a puppet animation All My Friends Are Dead, where she did the script, directing, most of the set elements and parts of set design as well as the overall visual concept.
