We Are Hiring: PR and Communication Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced PR and Communication Manager to join our team. As the PR and Communication Manager, you will play a crucial role in increasing the visibility of CEE Animation, managing communication strategies, and developing positive relationships with our partners.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to improve the brand visibility and reputation of CEE Animation.
2. Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure coverage and positive publicity.
3. Create compelling and engaging content for various platforms, including press releases, articles, social media posts, and newsletters.
4. Drive publicity for CEE Animation events to attract a wider audience and industry participation.
5. Oversee and execute social media campaigns to engage our community and increase online presence.
6. Work closely with internal teams, partners, and sponsors to align communication efforts and achieve shared goals.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in PR and communication, preferably in the animation or audiovisual sector.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional CEE language is a plus).
3. Demonstrated ability to create and execute successful communication strategies.
4. Experience with media outreach, press conferences, and event promotion.
5. Proficiency in social media management and content creation (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
6. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
7. Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.

As the PR and Communication Manager at CEE Animation, you will closely work with our project managers. While the position allows for remote work, flexibility, and the comfort of your home office, your role will also involve occasional travel within Europe to participate in key industry events and conferences.

You will be an integral part of our collective effort in crafting communication strategies for a diverse range of projects and initiatives. This ensures that your responsibilities will be rich and varied, presenting exciting challenges and opportunities for professional growth. The position offers flexibility but demands a high level of commitment and dedication, with a month-based salary reflecting your valued expertise.
