CEE Animation Market Kicks Off Its Next Edition at Anifilm in Liberec

CEE Animation is pleased to announce the launch of the next edition of the CEE Animation Market, which will take place on May 7th, within the Anifilm International Festival of Animated Films in Liberec.

The Market will bring together 15 Czech and 10 international producers for a full day of pre-scheduled meetings, designed to encourage the exchange of projects, and services.

DISCOVER PROJECTS LOOKING FOR A COPRODUCER

Before the speed dating programme begins, participants will be invited to a breakfast meeting with the Audiovisual Producers Association, which will introduce the new support schemes of the Czech Audiovisual Fund.

The programme will also be accompanied by the fourth edition of the pitching session for the Czech Horizon Grant Supported by the PPF Foundation, which will take place on 6 May 2026 as part of Anifilm. The grant provides dedicated support for Czech professional animated short film production, with the jury distributing a total of CZK 1,000,000 among the winning projects.
