CEE Animation Forum 2021: More than 100 projects submitted!

The CEE Animation Forum is the leading regional pitching, financing and co-production event. It aims to boost the projects´ international potential, visibility, and their access to a wider European market.

The open call for submissions for projects in development for the CEE Animation Forum 2021 edition has closed. We are happy to announce that we have received more than 100 submissions from 27 countries.

Now we are starting with the selection process in which animation industry professionals and experts from our partner organisations (ASAF – Association of Czech Animated Film, APAF – Slovak Association of Animated Film Producers, DSAF – Slovene Animated Film Association, HAPA – Hungarian Animation Producers Association and SPPA – Polish Animation Producers Association) will be assessing the projects in five pitching categories:

Short Films
TV Series and Specials
Feature Films
XR Immersive Media
Rising Stars – student films

We wish all the participating projects good luck. The selection results will be published at the end of February 2021.
