CEE Animation Delegation Sets Course for Content Budapest 2023

Budapest is set to host the Content Budapest event from June 27 to June 29, 2023, bringing together industry professionals, buyers, commissioners, and executives from channels, platforms, and production companies across the Central and Eastern European region. This annual gathering aims to stimulate business growth and foster collaboration within the vibrant content creation industry.

CEE Animation is bringing a delegation of film professionals representing countries such as Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Lithuania, and Azerbaijan. Their participation in Content Budapest offers a unique opportunity for these animated film representatives to connect with potential buyers and broadcasters who are eager to explore fresh and captivating animated content.

The participation of the CEE Animation delegation is the result of a collaboration between CEE Animation and Content Budapest 2023.

Running parallel to the market, a two-day international coproduction conference will take place, offering attendees a platform for discussions and knowledge sharing. Experts such as Jamie Cooke from Warner Bros. Discovery, Izzet Pinto from Global Agency, Victoria Yarmoshchuk from FILM.UA Group, and Ákos Erdős from Paprika Studios will have their keynotes. Additionally, a series of commissioning sessions will feature buyers, channel executives, and commissioning professionals from a range of platforms and broadcasters including AMC Networks International, A+E Networks UK, BluTV, PRO TV S.R.L., Pro Plus, TVP Polish Television, Czech TV, LTV, LRT, TVP+, Go3, Telekom Srbija, and CME Group.
