Cartoon Springboard 2020

Cartoon Springboard is a mix of pitching sessions and didactic presentations by key animation players and today’s main buyers and producers. The setting and social programme will give all participants the opportunity to exchange and network with a view to entering into new partnerships.

One moderator is allocated to each project and helps the young talents to prepare their pitch before the event.
Young talents of animation pitching a project will be allocated a 30-minute session to test and pitch their animation project:

  • 15 minutes to present the project. The pitch will focus on how the project will be/is developed.
  • 15 minutes for a panel of renowned experts (from TV, distribution, production companies, digital platforms, financing, gaming…) to give their first impression on the pitch and offer practical advice and guidance.

The event is also open to young talents without a project but who have a project in mind for the future and are willing to learn how to pitch and how to better prepare new projects.

What kind of project?
