Anima Spirit: collaboration with WEMW Inspirational Labs announced

CEE Animation Workshop is pleased to announce a collaboration with the When East Meets West event. Part of the WEMW Inspirational Labs, Anima Spirit is a 3-day workshop that will take place between 23–25 January in Trieste, Italy.

The workshop is aimed at an in-depth exploration of the animation industries sector: animation projects development, production and postproduction will be addressed by renowned expert tutors Jean Francois Le Corre (France, Vivement Lundi!) and Martin Vandas (Czech Republic, MAUR Film).

For 1:1 meetings, Jelena Popović (National Film Board of Canada) will join the tutor team to share her experience in and insights into Canadian but also global collaboration with independent artists and studios.

The WEMW Inspirational Labs will offer a deeper insight into TV series content, animation production, impact and outreach strategy, independent online distribution, and the 2022 East and West spotlight markets. All the selected attendees will receive full access to Trieste Film Festival, the leading Italian festival on Central Eastern European cinema.
