What animation projects are we looking for?

Submissions are open for international animated projects in 4 categories:

  • Feature Films – minimum length of 60 minutes; in concept or in development,
  • TV or Web Series and TV Specials – TV and web series of any format and single films, minimum length of 20 minutes; all stages of development except for concept stage,

All projects presented during the pitch (in November) must align with one of the phases outlined in the above guidelines.

Who can submit a project?

Only producers (or other project rights-holders) can submit projects on behalf of the project team. Producers must hold the rights to the project including:

  • the right to present the project and any of its parts (including video in any form) to the public,
  • the right to publish information on the project and any of its parts in any form (e.g. website or catalogue).

For the category Student Short Films, the applicant must have the consent of her/his school to apply and present the project to the public.

By submitting the project, the producer or the project’s rights-holder grants the contest organizers the right to publish – within the scope of the CEE Animation Forum – basic information about the project, its headline picture and/or its video presentation as well as use all these elements and information for the pitching catalogue.
