Go Green

Every year, the consequences of human activities are increasingly visible. We are also fully aware that our own events result in certain ecological burdens. Therefore, we have decided that, during our event, we will introduce measures to conserve the environment.

Even though the last two years have shown us that the online environment can provide suitable working conditions for many of us, it cannot completely replace face-to-face meetings. Each event creates its own unforgettable atmosphere – and that is done by you. Therefore, we will do everything in our power to ensure that the CEE Animation Forum is an ecologically responsible event. You too can contribute to this by observing a few simple gestures:

Go Green! at CEE Animation Forum:

This year, we are not issuing a printed catalogue. However, a digital version will be available. Descriptions of the projects involved are available on the website.

Please consider how necessary it is to provide your promotional leaflets and other materials. You still have the possibility to upload them to your online profile and invite others to visit them using our app.

Please consistently follow the 3R’s – reduce – reuse – recycle (e.g. by turning off lights, by bringing your own thermos or by reusing water bottles, and by correctly using the recycling bins).

Leave your cars in the car park. There is a shuttle bus available between the hotel and the venue. You may also use public transport.

We will aim to offer refreshments from local sources. It is certain that the beer will be truly local, from the world famous Pilsner Urquell brewery. The venue will also host small booths, where you will also be able to discover creations by local designers.

Your feedback is very important to us. Share with us your thoughts on how important greening efforts are to your support of the event and how we can improve our green event.
